Originally a South Carolina native, Rhonda and her husband have lived in 5 states and in 13 different homes before choosing Aiken County to raise their 3 children.  She has learned by experience that a qualified and caring Realtor can make a difference.   Rhonda wants to use her background and experience to assist you with all of your real estate needs.  Having been a resident of the Aiken/ North Augusta area for the past 29 years, she loves living here and is knowledgeable of Aiken and the surrounding counties.

 Before becoming a Realtor, she was assistant director of the Resource Center for Aging, and director of St. Joseph Homecare, where she taught age sensitivity training and provided a myriad of services to senior adults. This training has helped her to be especially qualified to assist senior adults with their housing needs.  

Her children are married and she has assisted them in the purchase of their first home so she understands first hand the importance of having a Realtor who will take time to explain the process and provide good guidance to the first time home buyer.  

She is a Certified Just Listed Specialist, a Certified House Values Specialist and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
